Security and data

Payments go straight to your school
Online payments land in your school’s own Stripe account, not ours. Card numbers are typed into Stripe’s secure checkout and never touch our servers.
Every school is walled off
Each school’s students, schedule, and billing are kept separate from every other school on the platform.
Encrypted, hosted in the US
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest with AES-256, on servers in the United States.
Sign-in you can lock down
Passwords are stored as one-way hashes, sign-in attempts are throttled against guessing, and any account can turn on two-factor authentication.
Private documents
Uploaded student documents are stored privately and shown only to signed-in people at the school who are allowed to see them.
Your records stay yours
Export rosters, logbooks, and billing statements to CSV any time. We don’t sell personal information.
